Research On Financial Support To The Development Of Rural Economy In Hunan Procince

For a long time, the relationship between finance and economy has been one of focus of financial theory study, and financial support for rural economic development is proposed based on it. After nearly 30 years of development, the issue of finance support of rural economy development in the foreign country either from theoretical or empirical aspects has formated a more complete framework.In contrast, growth of the rural economy and rural financial development relationship between a late start, probably started in the late 90's, both in theory and empirical aspects are at the stage of imitation to apply, but previous studies have mostly concentrated at the national level or industry level, provincial level, a separate research study less. Therefore, drawing on previous research results, seeing Hunan Province as the research object, use of relevant financial theory and economic models, on the economic development of rural financial support was assessed, the paper gives the analysis of rural finance in Hunan province's status of rural economic development and lack of support.At last,the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for economic development of rural financial support.The paper is divided into five chapters, systematically and thoroughly explained the economic development of the financial support of rural situation, problems and solutions. Details are as follows:In chapter 1 the paper discusses the background, purpose and significance, research status, main content and methods, possible lack of innovation.In chapter 2 rural financial development and economic theories are reviewed, a more detailed exposition of economic development and financial growth relationship.Chapter 3 reviewes the financial support of the status of rural economy in Hunan province. Rural finance has played a certain role in promoting rural economic development, but co-finance, commercial finance, policy finance and private finance the development of various areas are facing some problems, to a certain extent, it influences and restricts rural economic development in Hunan.In chapter 4, using gray relational theory, respectively, this part from rural finance to the rural economic growth and the income of rural financial impact on farmers to demonstrate the two aspects of the rural financial development on financial support for rural economic development. And based on this, using data envelopment analysis of financial factors and rural economic development and the relationship between the income of farmers empirical research to identify the last two decades of rural finance to support rural economic growth and the income of rural finance to farmers affect the development path.In chapter 5, based on the various parts of the above qualitative and quantitative analysis, respectively, from accelerating the innovation of the rural credit, and improve the function of the rural financial system in Hunan province in four areas of rural finance development in the rural economy into full play the role in a number of proposed feasibility proposal.
