Analysis And Solutions On The Staff Turnover Of The YK Group

With the development of enterprise management thought and Information Technology, IT Outsourcing Managed Service became more and more popular. From 1990s, the IT Outsourcing Managed Service is one of the key management strategies. Owing to the needs of the professional technique talents, the staff turnover is the significant feature of the industry. Under this kind of environment, more and more young technical staff change the job to realize his personal value. This kind of phenomenon put the company into the dilemma, especially for the High-tech Enterprise like the YK Group. Compared with annual average staff turnover rate of the IT Outsourcing Managed Service Industry, the turnover rate of the YK Gourp has became 27.5% in Year 2010.In the article, we analyze the Human Resource present situation of the YK Group, we know that the staff of the company are mainly young knowledge workers. Base on the study of the staff turnover situation in these years and the characteristic of the flowing workers, we summarize the reason of this issue. The main two reasons are the remuneration and the enterprise culture. According to the human resource theories which we studied, combining the actual condition of the company, we found the solutions to solve the two problems. The company HR department should set up a valid fair system of salary and welfare, and build the people-oriented enterprise culture.The loss of the staff is ineluctable, but the turnover rate should be controlled within a certain percentage. The company should strengthen the management of the turnover staff, and set up the filing system of these people. We hope this article is usefull for the IT service company.
