In the IT (Information Technology) industry of now, IT talent has been the most important resource for an enterprise. Having a stable staff is the base factor for the development of an IT enterprise. To prevent and solve the problem of employee turnover is one of the important tasks that IT enterprises must pay attention to. Human resources department should start from the salary system, employee career development, etc., to eliminate all kinds of factors that cause the loss of employees. Provide human resource support for the sustainable development of enterprises.However, IT industry is suffering the most severe drought of IT talent. And at the same time the fierce competition in the industry brought a great challenge to the human resource management. For this, some companies do not hesitate to pay high welfare and other ways to attract and keep IT talent. Therefore, the loss of staff in the IT industry has been quit serious.This paper take M company as a case, according to the relevant theory of human resources management, and analyze the current situation and reasons for the loss of the company's employees and the company's current problems. Find out the existing problems from the company's talent selection mechanism, salary system, assessment mechanism, and puts forward solutions such as the adjustment of personnel selection mechanism, reform of the remuneration system, improving the assessment program, adjusting the enterprise culture, the establishment of personnel loss prevention and crisis management mechanism, to attract talent, retain talent and develop talent, and to take effect to the personnel and personnel structure.
