The supply chain culture affects deeply on its operation performance and the forming of its clearly competitive advantages. Researching and understanding the cooperators'culture, keeping pace and coordinating with them is very important. Presently, there are some studies on the supply chain culture, but most of them refer to the qualitative research and concept. The practicality of these studies is unsatisfied, and the research level is not high. This thesis provides a scientific guidance and decision-making basis for integrating, especially adjusting the service industry and the management strategies by studying the connotation, constructing methods, evaluation criteria and evaluation manners of managing supply chain culture.By using the theory on designing, marketing, after-selling service of its tourism product this research will offer an opportunity for prompting tourism industry in Panxi-reign. The theory will play an active role in tourism industry in our country, especially the development tourism resources in Panxi-reign.In the process of this study, the following methods have been taken:Step one:spot-investigation. To investigate the tourism site and service product and acquire the first-hand date by visiting, interviewing and spot-watching in Panxi-reign,Step two:statistical analysis. To acquire relevant data by researching statistical yearbook, government report and research report, meanwhile visiting statistical bureau tourism bureau and commercial affairs bureau of Panxi-reign.Step three:mathematical modeling. The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation be taken in evaluating the management of supply chain culture. The factors of index system of supply chain culture are fuzzy, the accurate date is not suitable, and these two manners of evaluations will promise objectivity the result.This thesis mainly studies the constructing and implementing of tourism service product in Panxi-reign. Based on deeply investigating of the currently situation of supply chain, borrowing the successful experience of other nations and reigns, the authors suggest the ways of constructing and managing supply chain in Panxi-reign. The study combines the management of supply chain, management of chain culture, strategic management and regional economic theory with the preponderant tourism service and product of Panxi-reign, the author put forward the scientific strategies and countermeasures of constructing of tourism product supply chain in Panxi by spot investigation, statistical and mathematical modeling research.
