Research On Evolution Mechanism Of Supply Chain Culture And The Construction Of Supply Chain Culture From The Perspective Of Synergy

Supply chain alliance is the best way for the enterprise to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage under the background of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, many international well-known enterprises such as WAL-MART, Toyota, which put the alliance strategy to be the first key strategy to implement successfully. Research shows that supply chain culture plays an important role to maintain cooperated relationship, and the thesis revealed the dynamic mechanism of supply chain culture to better meet the needs of supply chain. Around the above problems, this paper main studies from the following aspects.1. Study the concept, the meaning and the structure of supply chain culture. There are three levels of supply chain culture internal structure, spirit layer, system layer and physical layer. Supply chain culture is successive, systematic, diversity, flexible, and so on. It is great important to supply chain. Finally, this paper studied for the application of the applicability of the supply chain cultural content, and the significance of application, and then makes a detailed analysis demonstrated for supply chain culture apply to synergy study is feasible.2. Apply the theory of synergy to the analysis of self-organization evolution process and motivation mechanism of supply chain culture. Analyze the motivate mechanism of self-organization synergy of supply chain cultural system. It shows that the competition and synergy between the member enterprises are the power of supply chain culture evolution; on the base of order parameter theory in synergy to find the order parameter of supply chain culture system. Describe the dynamic evolved process of supply chain culture system by establishing the order parameter equation. Discussed the three forming stages of supply chain culture which under the control of order parameter.3. Expounded the construction steps of supply chain culture, which can be divided into four main steps: looking for the order parameter of supply chain supply culture, make the plan of supply chain culture construction, train the common values between the members training culture, and maintain the achievement of supply chain culture construction. Finally, the thesis selected the WAL-MART supply chain culture as a successful case to demonstrate the construction process of supply chain culture.
