Advantage Of Economic Catch-up Process In Yunnan Province Superimposed Study

The global economy is picking up signs of recovery after the financial crisis. The starting of new decade western development, the establishment of strategic position that Yunnan Province as "The important bridgehead opening to the South West " of China, and China-ASEAN Free Trade Area formal established in January 2010, all of these predict that the important opportunity of leaping-over development of economy spread out before Yunnan Province. It has great significance that how to overcome challenges and hold the opportunities to speed the process of economic catch-up of Yunnan Province, and accomplish the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way ultimately. Yunnan has a comparative advantage and newly-developed advantages, but it will falls into the "Comparative Advantage Trap" if a single advantage is dominant stress. The realizing of newly-developed advantage will also be affected. To achieve the goal of economic catch-up, the advantages must be superposition-advantages. In this paper, the significance and the engendering theory of superposition-advantages is researched by the theoretical guidance of scientific concept of development. The research is based the comparative advantage and newly-developed advantage status of Yunnan, and the contrast of economic development data between Yunnan and Guangxi is analyzed to focus on research centre that how to realize superposition-advantages and avoid conflicts of advantages. Finally, the suggestions how to play a dominant role in superposition-advantages and achieve scientific development are brought out. There are four primary chapters in this paper:Firstly, the theory about development in the Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Scientific Concept of Development and green development theory are introduced, and the researching about development status is reviewed.Secondly, the economy development state, the opportunities and conditions that faced in economic catching up process are analyzed. The problems and solutions in process of leaping-over development of economy are discussed by the guidance of The Scientific Concept of Development.Thirdly, the necessity of superposition-advantages in economic catch-up process of Yunnan is researched and the solutions that how to form superposition-advantages without advantages conflicts are discussed.Fourthly, suggestions are brought out to give full scope of superposition-advantages and promote scientific development of Yunnan Province based on the third part.
