Study On The Tacit Knowledge Sharing Mode Of Innovative Enterprise In Underdeveloped Area

The innovative enterprise of underdeveloped area is an important body of regional economic development, it has considerable strengths and potential of the enterprise competition in the market, it is the main driving force of economic development, and is the well-known brand of all enterprises in the underdeveloped area. Analyzing tacit knowledge sharing factors of the innovative enterprise in underdeveloped area, and giving recommendations to improve and optimize, has a great significance on the tacit knowledge sharing of the innovative enterprise in underdeveloped area, improving the knowledge management and enhancing the overall capacity of economy in less area.Based on the introducing the theory of innovative enterprise, knowledge management, tacit knowledge sharing, this paper defines the content of tacit knowledge sharing of innovative enterprise, drawing on tacit knowledge sharing mode of developed country's innovative enterprise, combining with the institutional environment, government functions, technological level and cultural values and other characteristics of the underdeveloped areas, in-depth study of the body, level and impact factors of innovative business tacit knowledge sharing mode in less developed environment in, revealing the role of tacit knowledge sharing mechanism and making new tacit knowledge sharing mode of innovative enterprise in underdeveloped area and the new overall framework of tacit knowledge sharing mode.This paper introduces operation and control points of tacit knowledge sharing mode of the innovative company in underdeveloped area, and then divide all factors of tacit knowledge sharing of the innovative company in underdeveloped area into six modules,they are the building of institutional and cultural of tacit knowledge sharing, the situation of staffs' tacit knowledge sharing, staffs'training situation, the implementation of mentoring, tacit knowledge sharing system construction operation, and construction of learning community creating a knowledge-sharing system on implicit evaluation of effects of innovative enterprise in underdeveloped area.The paper builds a knowledge-sharing system on evaluation of effects of innovative enterprise in underdeveloped area, uses the combination of analysis-gray correlation analysis method to evaluate the effect of tacit knowledge sharing of innovative enterprise on the underdeveloped area, gets the correlation of knowledge-sharing system on evaluation of effects of innovative enterprise in underdeveloped area and the ideal sample, and gets the correlation of the six modules and the ideal sample. At last, combined with the actual conditions of underdeveloped area, this paper proposes measures of optimization on tacit knowledge sharing of the innovative company in underdeveloped area.
