With the rise and development of knowledge management, the knowledge sharing of enterprise has received attention from people, which has become a popular research in this area, because the vast majority of enterprise knowledge is tacit knowledge, and its characteristics are not easy to be imitated by competitor, which is the key of gaining competitive advantage. So study on sharing of enterprise tacit knowledge not only enrich theory of knowledge management, but also promote enterprises to maintain sustainable competitive advantage, has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper explains the theory of enterprise tacit knowledge, and defines the meaning of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing. By analyzing the theory of knowledge sharing,we build the individual、team and enterprise model of tacit knowledge sharing. From employees、team and enterprise levels, the paper analyzes the value of tacit knowledge sharing, in addition,the paper also analyzes the connotation and factors of competence of tacit knowledge sharing.Secondly, the evaluation index system is built up on the basis of the principle of building evaluation index system and the key factors of competence of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing. According to the analysis results of the various evaluation methods, the paper chooses the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and determines the index weights and builds the model of evaluation.Finally, in order to check the feasibility of applied to practical and scientific of the evaluation mode, real enterprise was selected for application the evaluation index system of competence of tacit knowledge sharing. Based on theories of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing and lessons learned of real enterprise, the paper proposes strategies to improve the tacit knowledge sharing of enterprises from perspectives of psychology, sociology and economics to promote enterprises to share tacit knowledge better.
