With the rapid development of economy, knowledge has become more and more important resource than traditional resource in enterprise. Tacit knowledge, because of its usefulness, difficulty for express, causal ambiguity and so on, becomes the strategic resource of business and key aspect of the enterprise competitive advantage. As the typical knowledge-intensive team, software development team should manage the tacit knowledge effectively to share them among developers freely. That is the problem which R&D teams have to face and that is what we are discussing about.Much part of knowledge of software team has been hold by programmers. The knowledge of programmers cannot be transferred into knowledge assets of enterprise, so software teams have to depend on part of programmers, blocking the development of enterprises. Therefore promoting the tacit knowledge sharing among the programmers has important reality meanings.In this paper, we firstly research the foreign and domestic literature about tacit knowledge management and tacit knowledge concerns, Base on this knowledge we analyze the relevant theories in deep. Combining with the background introduction such as organizational structures, workflows of software development team and team culture of R&D team in enterprise M. We design a question paper, talk about it with all my fellows. After that we obtained the first hand information about tacit knowledge sharing in R&D team. By the result, we select four aspects of tacit knowledge sharing in R&D team for further study. We collect the questionnaire page, record the scores of every question, then we make a further and comprehensive analysis base on the data, we bound the problems about tacit knowledge sharing in R&D team. According to the problems in R&D team, we build up a framework of performing the tacit knowledge sharing in details for four aspects such as organizational environment, encouragement, trust&collaboration electronic technology.
