With the rapid development of China's economy and improvement of people's living standards, the demand of real estate market is in the trend of rising. As the real estate market has competed intensely in an increasingly standardization, it is important for the real estate business to evaluate the economic benefits of real estate construction project evaluation from the perspective of investors to improve the market competitiveness and economic benefit.The thesis uses project feasibility studies, engineering economics, project risk management, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other theories and methods, according to the actual situation of real estate development projects of Qingzhou Cuihe community, with research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, dynamic analysis and static analysis, from the investors' point of view, studying the economic benefit of Qingzhou Cuihe community construction project. Evaluate financial and other feasibility of the project from the project's profitability, solvency, investment payback period, net present value, internal rate of return and other aspects; use break-even analysis, sensitivity analysis and other project risk analysis to discuss the project's main risk factors deeply, and analyze risk control measures; with characteristics of the construction project, build the Qingzhou Cuihe community construction project economic evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation model, and apply it to the actual evaluation. On this basis, I suggest some investment choices on Qingzhou Cuihe community construction project.
