The Vulnerability Research On Sub-Contract Management System Of Aviation Manufacturing Enterprises

In these years, the sub-contact market of international aviation manufacturing provides the quota which is valued 20 billion dollars. Japan and Korea could attain a big part of it which reached billions of money each year. To compare with, Chinese state-owned aviation manufacturing enterptises could get only less than 5% of the whole quotas which valued 70-80 million dollars. And then, because of the outmoded production capacity and equipment,67% of Chinese state-owned aviation manufacturing enterptises used the business of "three to one up" (processing supplied materials, assembling supplied parts, make customer's samples or plans, compensation trade) to product the sub-contract AIR production which is dated and passive. By the rough calculating, Chinese state-owned aviation manufactory enterptises has deficit nearly 400 million Yuan each year, it's a high-risk industry, and set a big impression to Chinese state-owned aviation manufactory. With an aim to analyze the factors, in this thesis the author build the measurement of "aggressive-defense" to define the sub-contract management system. Clearly conclude the "aggressive" factors and pose the "recover ability" as a significant element of "defense" factors. Summarizing the potential issues of sub-contract management system, then provide the example and theoretical basis to the sub-contract management system of Chinese state-owned aviation manufacturing enterprises.First of all, this thesis introduce the development of Chinese state-owned aviation manufacturing enterptises and review the states quo of vulnerability research in this thesis and summariz the business range and flow of Chinese aviation manufacturing and analyzed the merit and demerit of management system of Chinese state-owned aviation manufacturing. Secondly, with the tacking study of several Chinese state-owned aviation manufactories, this thesis make some questionnaires which include the "aggressive" of management system of Chinese aviation manufacturing and the "defense" of enterprise itself, then define the range basic on the view of "aggressive-defense". In that case, with the research of indexes on "aggressive" and "defense" this theses build the "aggressive" model and "defense" model on that basic it build the vulnerability model on the view of "aggressive-defense" and edit its evaluation procedure. After that, set HD firm as an example, consult the vulnerability model on the view of "aggressive-defense", calculate its vulnerability value, and evaluate its influence factors. At last, analyze the factors and give the suggestions.
