Then an application research on this cost management system was done through the project of Harbin transmission access equipment installation, and analyzed the practical application. At the end, some implementation safeguards of this company's construction project cost management system was given from safeguards of organization, responsibility, index and information to ensure the construction project cost management system of A communications engineering company implementing successfully.
