The main factors that affect the producer service industry are the whole staff labor efficiency of the manufacturing industry and the profession employed people average wages. The local urbanization and educational play positively the promoter action to both the manufacturing industry and the producer service industry,but while actual uses FDI to promote the producer service industry development, actually has the inhibitory action to the manufacturing industry development. The relations of the different manufacturing industry and the producer service industry indicated that the enhancement of the labor-intensive manufacturing industry's efficiency is the most obvious to the producer service industry specialization degree's influence the capital intensity and technology-intensive relatively are weaker.
