The Research On Historical Inheritance Development And Protection Of Small Towns In Surrounding Of Cities

The characteristic of small towns reflects the development of the cultural, historical and construction process of precipitation, integrated the characteristics of various aspects of small towns. In recent years, with the development of society, the small town has entered a new stage, due to the different geographical environment and the limits of their own conditions, developed variously, especially in areas surrounding the cities, due to the radiation and influence of the central city, its construction and development more quickly, but some small towns while in the pursuit of the momentary interests, ignored its original features protection , were badly constructed and forced to lose its original local characteristics. Therefore, how to dialectically protect and develop towns in the urbanization process of rapid development, has become the urgent research topic.The method and theory research of original characteristic protection in the construction of small towns was introduced in this paper, and analysis the status of small towns development and protection and the main problems. According the comparison of protection of historical heritage in foreign towns, summarizes some experience for reference for Chinese towns. Finally in example of the surrounding towns of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration, analysis the methods of small towns development and protection detailedly.This paper consists of four parts:In the first part, briefly expound and summarize the background, content, purpose and significance of the paper;In the second part, analyzes the present situation of the small town development and protection,the problems faced in the urbanization process and several development modes of the small towns;In the third part, expounds the theory research and example analysis of the development and protection in cities surrounding towns;In the fourth part, in example of PingTang town, BinLi town, star town, MuYun town, GaoYunTang town, t-shaped town, LeiFeng town surrounding changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration, according comparative analysis of these nine towns, further elaborates the small towns development with protection historical heritage method;In the fifth part, summarize the full of research work and about the future prospect.Through the study on this subject, insist of small towns development and protection should be done dialectically, and should fully understand the original small-town culture and characteristic resources, make reasonable planning about sustainable development of small towns, and make maximum protection and continue of the original features in small.
