Research On Assets Appraisal And Auction Method Of Assets Disposal In Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd

Given the large state-owned stock of idle assets, building an effective system for disposal of assets, managing idle assets in accordance with law, optimizing resource allocation and asset structure, and improving the operation efficiency and effectiveness of state-owned assets, to prevent loss of state assets, is a major issue of enterprises.The management of state-owned assets as the cornerstones of the consolidation and development of the socialist economic system, has a decisive impact on the entire national economy. Along with China to further deepen the economic structure adjustment of industrial layout, the adjustment of product structure, changes in market mechanisms, resulting in a lot of assets in the idle and precipitation state, the state-owned assets in the constant loss virtually. In order to maximize the role of idle assets, improve efficiency and effectiveness, thereby improving economic efficiency, maximizing our enterprise value, we are required by the effective ways and means to make rational allocation and effective use of these assets.This article begins with the status quo of the idle and scrap assets disposal in Dalian Shipbuilding Industry group Co., LTD. We analyze the existence of the problems in the progress of the idle and scrap assets disposal. According to the previous experience and the related departments involved and their respective functions in the progress of the idle and scrap assets disposal, we design an assets appraisal and auction method of idle and scrap assets disposal based on idle asset management, asset appraisal and auction as well as project management and other related theories. And we develop idle asset transfer process, auction preparation process, the auction process and auction follow-up process in line with the group. At the last part, I present the guarantee measures for the implement of the designing patterns.The study in this thesis is not only having the practical significance of directing to Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., LTD for bettering the assets disposal system, but also sharing a referential experience with most similar enterprises on assets disposal system's foundation in period of reforms in China.
