Research On The Progress Management Of Bank Disposal Project For Non-performing Assets

Commercial banks ' bad loans and bad rate "double up" trend has become the focus of public attention.Now the disposal of bad loans rely mainly on verification,transfer and other disposition of traditional ways,struggling with continued downward movement of pressure on asset quality,bad asset disposal becomes a top priority of reform and innovation.Toxic assets are inevitably encountered problems in the operation and development of commercial banks in the project,bad assets of our country has a unique background and institutional factors,its complexity and the solution is far more difficult than any other country.Through the study on the application of project management in the bad assets,analysis of operation characteristics of disposal of bad assets,and combining with disposal of bad asset of B bank,the paper work out project schedule optimize the schedule and progress control,and put forward the project schedule control measures,and explore the establishment of a new mode of disposal of non-performing assets.First of all,the paper introduces the background and theoretical methods of the schedule management of bad assets disposal project,and analyzes the importance of the disposal of bad assets.Secondly,the paper introduces project management of bad assets disposal of A Group Customer B Bank.Applying theoretical methods of the schedule management,the paper make WBS,determine the logical relationship,the project duration,and the critical path,to prepare project schedule.Thirdly,the paper makes optimization of the bad assets disposal project.The paper optimizes the adjustment by changing logical relation and compressing time limit,and takes reasonable measures to control progress.
