Happiness Perspective Of Female Labor Supply Behavior Choices Affect The Factor Analysis

Happiness is a kind of existence which we hope to last constantly, or live throughout our life. Also, it is a process which people rethink their life basis on their preference and values. They hope to live happier and more comfortable by cognizing and understanding of satisfied degree, happy emotion as well as sense of value. All people's behavior is the rational decision basis on the objective condition with the guide of happiness, which reflects the optimal allocation of resources. Study on female's labor supply behavior from happiness perspective is a return to the origin of economics, which refer that a single decision-making body chooses one from a variety of target aims, and distributes all kinds of means (resources) toward this goal consciously.Female as an important subject of the social development, the changing of her economic and social status is a miniature of the social economic development and class change. To analyze the selection influence factors of female labor supply behavior from the view of happiness with important reference significances for describing female freedom, body and soul development, rational labor decision. Meanwhile, a creative research horizon expanses the research perspective of labor supply behavior in traditional economics. It is also important to help the government in creating the efficient welfare environment so that to make the social welfare condition improved.This article is departed into six parts as follows.The first part is the overview of this article, trying to mainly describe the origin, the definition, the approach and the significance of the reach problems.The second part is a synthesis of relevant literature which summers up the research achievements and shortcomings made by the domestic and foreign scholars on female's labor supply problems.It also defines several key concepts----the subjective happiness and the happiness in economics, and further explains the necessity and importance to study the relationship between happiness and Female Labor Supply Behavior Selection.The third part focused on the study of factors and reaction pathways of female's labor supply behavior decision under the assumption of theoretical analysis condition from the perspective of happiness, according to the three meanings of happiness-satisfaction, happiness and value corresponding to these three dimensions:population characteristics, objective physical characteristics, and personal values orientation characteristics.The forth part is the empirical reach which based on the above theoretical research with SPSS16.0, using the survey data from questionnaire on female happiness index and labor force supply behavior mainly of Guangzhou and Xi'an. And then got the important factors which impact the female labor supply behavior from the happiness perspective, and extracted the common factors of the group of female who have the back home wishes by correlation analysis and factor analysis.The fifth part is the study research conclusions and policy suggestion, which is to further and sublimate the former part, hoping to give the government as well as the society a message as follow, in order to make the female get free and live happier with more dignity, they have to create a public opinion environment with more freedom, meanwhile to a establish scientific or ever perfect system guarantee for the female.The sixth part is the conclusion of limitations on this research, including two aspects, that is the data and the approach limitation. We are looking forward to seeing a further and deeper study on female labor supply behavior from happiness perspective by knowing the limitations of this research..
