In recent years, along with the mushroom growth of IT industry and government's policy support from the strategic height, the need for talents in IT industry is increasing. However, due to the structural deficiency in our computer education, the fresh graduates are unable to meet the enterprises'practical and technical talent requirements. So the contradiction between the dissatisfaction of IT enterprises on seeking qualified talents and unemployment of large number of graduates is becoming increasingly conspicuous.In this background, China training industry has been showing great vitality. The report indicates our IT training market had achieved RMB 45.8 hundred million in 2007, increased by 17.5% compared to RMB 39 hundred million in 2006, and is supposed to be increased by 21.5% in 2008. To 2011, the compound growth rate will have chance to be 22.9%. By now, China training industry has stepped into a rapid developing stage, with different types of training organizations emerging rapidly, the competition is becoming increasing intense. So how to choose a proper competitive strategy and implementation strategy will be the key issue for IT training enterprise'future survival and development. Based on the theory of competitive strategy, using the PEST analysis model, this paper has made the analysis on living environment of IT training industry. Combining with current situation of Neusoft Talent Training Center, this paper adopted the SWOT analytic model, made the Qualitative and Quantitative analysis on Neusoft Talent training center's competitive strategy and finally proposed an aim focused strategy which points out the correct direction for Neusoft Talent Training center's continuouse development. According to the enterprise's current situation, this paper also works out the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and relationship marketing strategy and sets up relevant ensuring measures, which provides specific advices on effective implementation of enterprise competitive strategy.Since the training industry in China is still in its primary stage, but this paper has well combined my personal years of experiences in training industry and the theoretic study views, and proposed a specified competitive strategy and implementation strategy, which can not only offer a reference to the other training organizations in coequality but also have high practical value for pure research.
