This paper learn the successful experience from foreign third-party financial companies to build marketing management system, explore how the design independent third-party finance company's marketing management system in China's financial market, to enhance our financial market developing pace.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I describes the research background and significance of the paper. Chapterâ…¡describes the classical theory of marketing system. Chapter III describes the development situation, overall strategy, market potential estimates and sales forecasts. Chapter IV builds the marketing system. This chapter divides target market and target customer definition and describes sales organization, sales channels, customer relationship marketing, sales force organization and management of Wealth Financial Company. Chapter V describes the implementation and improvement of marketing system of Wealth Financial Company.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) With the rapid growth of personal wealth in China, financial products provided by commercial banks are difficult to provide professional financial services to customers. This paper learns successful experience to build marketing management system. Virtual Wealth Financial Company, for example, creates an independent marketing management system in China's financial market.(2) This paper analyzes marketing management theory and case of domestic and foreign financial firms, builds marketing management system for Company including target market segmentation, target customer definition, product positioning, sales channel, force organization and management.(3) Demand for needs that the third-party financial companies only to continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, can they meet the challenge, access to their own long-term development, this paper gives the implementation and improvement of marketing strategies of Virtual Wealth Financial Company.
