Research On Endowment Insurance System Reformation Of Universities In China

In recent years, with the development of economy and progress trend, the perfection of the market economic system and the development, universities in China with its own management in the system, the establishment and the financial system has taken comprehensive reform. Yet, as an important part of the entire social insurance system, most of universities'endowment insurance system is still the result of planned economy. Along with the social development of market economy and the population aging in our country and the emergence of the serious trend of problem, the money and the treatment fixed type endowment insurance system has been unable to adapt our system of the current development of college, therefore, the situation is recently urgent reform of our country's existing college endowment insurance system, and establish and accord with new conform to social requirements for the development of college endowment insurance system.The study of endowment insurance system in universities has strong academic value and realistic significance to develop insurance system, and to promote the establishment of the reformation plan of insurance system in public institution. The thesis provides fundamental and countermeasure thought of endowment insurance system reformation of universities in ChinaThis paper analyzes the background of the research, and describes endowment insurance, the history and situation of the endowment insurance system in Chinese universities, therefore, research on the existing problems and causes for it. The third chapter of this paper is the experience revelation of endowment insurance for the typical foreign universities, and also describes their special meaning to endowment insurance of universities in China. The fourth chapter is basic direction of endowment insurance system reformation of Chinese colleges and universities, analyzes the goal of reformation of endowment insurance system of university. The end of the paper provides key countermeasure of endowment insurance system reformation of university in China, puts forward some theoretical proposals on how to establish and improve endowment insurance system reformation of universities in China as well.
