In the 21st century, with China's accession to WTO and the rapid development of world knowledge, science and technology, private enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, especially small and medium sized private enterprises. What is more, competition among enterprises in essential is the competition of the enterprises'employee. Therefore, how to build more suitable enterprises incentives for small and medium private to motivate employees work and perform more effectively is critical and core for the sustainable development and continued growth of small and medium enterprises, which is also the core and focus of this study.In the current paper, base on the study of the theory and analysis methods of the work motivation both at home and abroad, first, introduced YJH company's main business, organizational structure, strategic planning and employee incentive status. Then through access to information, questionnaires and interviews and other methods, the paper analysis the status of YJH company's employee incentive by the analysis of questionnaire reliability, validity analysis and principal component analysis and other methods to identify problems and need to improved areas in staff motivation. Then, with the application of incentives and other related theories and methods of making incentives, incentives, compensation systems, performance appraisal and organizational structure based on the analysis presented, the paper designed the initial programs and plans for the YJH employees incentive. Finally, find out the potential problems in the process of implementation of YJH employees incentive program and analyze the need to correctly handle the major relationships, focus on solving the problems and difficulties and put forward the corresponding security measures.In this paper, in the design of incentive mechanisms, the paper used the integrated theories of economics and management theory to analyze the incentives; in empirical research, in addition to the company interviews, the current paper also conducted a survey in depth statistical analysis of empirical research; in the study level, the paper mainly viewed from the macro level, also with an overall analysis from the micro level of the targeted research; in the practical applications level, with the corresponding theory of incentives innovative research, to provide staff with more effective incentive mechanism, the paper provided a better effect of incentive of the real problems that most small and medium private enterprises in China which are facing the excitation.
