In the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the modem enterprise management is facing unprecedented challenges, the core of the business management of human resources management, compensation management is the core of human resource management, any business must establish advanced scientific concept of compensation management through the establishment of a reasonable and effective salary management system in order to attract and retain excellent talent, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and motivate staff creativity.This paper systematically explore the theoretical basis of the pay system design, model, principles, processes and content to the design of the the Qiandaohu DT passenger company pay system as an example, in-depth analysis on the Qiandaohu DT passenger company compensation management status quo, which exist issues, and in a targeted manner designed to match a job analysis and performance evaluation, and the company’s own development characteristics of the salary management system, designed relative scientific staff salaries file model, then developed a staff job promotion, performance management staff training and development related to matching measures to further complete the salaries of their employees satisfaction assessment work to improve the remuneration of employees satisfaction to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff for the development of enterprises to attract and retain talent.Theoretical knowledge and Qiandaohu DT passenger company pay system based on job analysis and performance evaluation will be closely combined highly targeted and effective solution to some common problems in enterprise compensation management is conducive to enhancing business professional attractive and enhance the vigor and vitality, and other enterprise compensation management system design and optimization of reference for significance.
