| In 2010, China has 54 enterprise groups promoted to global Fortune 500, the Chinese conglomerate to promote economic development has become the backbone of progress and management. China's rapid economic development in the process of group companies strengthen internal control and-prevent operational risks. The Groups'headquarters on how to achieve effective control, how to play the whole enterprise group synergy and how to enhance the overall competitiveness of these groups have become decision-makers thinking the core issue.In order to adapt to the changes in the development, a growing number of enterprise groups continue to explore the group control mode, to optimize management. Group-based company's financial management has also undergone a radical change. To adapt to a new group of financial management, centralized financial management came into being. This article is based on the status of financial management group, internal control theory, principal-agency theory and theory of moderateness of financial control based on investors'governance guide. Analysis of the "DS Research Institute" is facing internal and external environment, learning from and absorbing domestic and foreign experts, scholars and business managers of the Group of theoretical research and practical experience, in-depth analysis and evaluation of the "DS Research Institute" of existing decentralized financial management. There is a variety of drawbacks, and dimensions of the building in practice. Centralized accounting can effectively eliminate islands of information, meet multi-level, multi-dimensional management needs, real-time financial information, effective communication. It can improve the quality of accounting information. It is a huge change of financial management.This level of control from the groups'point of view, has designed a centralized accounting system, and made a practice-oriented method of operation, to solve the financial conglomerates that exist in practical control problems, for our group companies to establish and improve the development of corporate strategy to support the requirements of the financial management of the reference and learning. |
