With the development of economic globalization,the reform of state-owned enterprises,the diversification of financial products and the marketization of interest rates,large and medium-sized enterprises in all industries are facing the challenge of enterprise management transformation.In the field of finance,commercial banks are facing the competitive pressure of new electronic financial services such as Internet+,virtual finance,Ant Financial,etc.,there is an urgent need for breakthroughs in business management,business research and development,simple procedures,product innovation,and so on.Postal Savings Bank was established in 2007,as a new enterprise which aims at serving agriculture,countryside and farmers and building a large-scale retail commercial bank,it has its advantages different from ordinary commercial bank.On the basis of the management experience and business model of the China Post,we actively recruited talents and paid attention to the market promotion of financial products,taking advantage of the fact that financial service outlets cover nearly 600 million households,which are the first in the country in terms of coverage,and serve individuals in urban and rural areas with a root value,and insisting on serving the real economy,actively implementing the national strategy and supporting the construction of China's modernized economic system,to achieve its own sustainable development,adhere to the customer-centered,build online and offline connectivity,integration of financial services system,to provide our customers with high-quality,convenient and efficient comprehensive financial services,now it has become the fifth largest state-owned commercial bank in China.The change of financial management mode is the primary basis for the reform of business mode,strategic positioning and management refinement of large and medium-sized enterprises.Branch X is a first-level branch of Postal Savings Bank of China,under the jurisdiction of 11 sub-branches(including 87 sub-branches)and the level of independent financial accounting business department,a total of 99 branches,a sub-branch of the second-level branches,a sub-branch of the second-level,a guiding,leading and normative role.The financial centralized accounting management model integrates the financial accounting right,the control right of capital amount,the examination and approval right of accounts,the payment right of funds and otherfinancial functions of the branch,the lower financial departments have more work responsibilities to change from financial accounting accounting accounting management to financial analysis and operational guidance,and the first-level branches have set up new accounting centers to realize financial accounting accounting accounting accounting accounting management,it is the concrete manifestation of the financial management mode changing from decentralization to centralization.However,there are still many problems in the trial reform of financial centralized accounting mode,such as irregular auditing process,inconsistent auditing standards,high centralized accounting,lax internal control system,etc..The author analyzes the problems and causes of branch x through studying the reform process of the Postal Savings Bank of China financial centralized accounting model,it also puts forward four optimization countermeasures:optimizing the process management of each link,improving the internal management of all aspects of the enterprise,risk control and regulation,strengthening the construction of key elements in the mode of financial centralized accounting.
