Retail Supply Chain Risk Management Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Retail supply chain integrates the different business-related advantages of the chain of resources to achieve the complementary advantages between enterprises, improves business resilience and rapid response to market demand, competitiveness and new product development capability. Retail provides the necessities of human survival. Healthy development of the retail industry can protect the security of retail food and daily necessities. In the market economy, competition among enterprises in the industry gradually evolved into the supply chain and supply chain competition, the retail supply chain management are paid more attention to research. Subject to the perishable nature of food retail properties and the importance to consumers, the risk occurs frequently in the increasingly complex supply chain environment. How to identify potential retail supply chain, the various risks, the assess these risks scientifically, to control the risk effectively, is the difficult problem for each supply chain managers and researchers.This paper analysis the environmental risk, internal risk environment, the overall risk of the retail supply chain. Construct the retail supply chain risk evaluation index system based on that. Then, create the right setting based on rough set fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and assess the risk of Meet All Group in Taiyuan of Shanxi Province.The main contents of this paper:(1) Summarizes the domestic and international supply chain risk management research, build the retail supply chain risk management framework based on risk and risk management theories.(2) According to the retail supply chain elements, structure model and features, analysis the external and internal factors of supply chain risk, and design supply chain risk assessment system.(3) To establish the right set based on rough set fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, determine the overall risk level based on a single risk level supply chain. (4) Combined with Meet All Group in Taiyuan, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used for its risk assessment.The results of this study will be directly applied to assess the risks of Meet All Group. It has some reference for the risk management of other retail enterprises in China.
