With the development of the theory of supply chain management and the gradual enhancement of people's awareness of risk control,the concept of risk tolerance has gradually become popular.For the enterprises in the cluster supply chain,when carrying out collaborative innovation project cooperation,the complexity of the supply chain organization structure itself and the particularity of the products produced by the industrial cluster will bring great risks to the company.Most companies only pay attention to the risks of innovation projects before innovation,but ignore their own innovation risk tolerance.As no accurate assessment of risk tolerance is available,companies will suffer huge losses if innovation fails.Therefore,scientific evaluation of enterprises' innovative risk tolerance has become an important link that must be carried out before enterprises undertake innovative projects.This article has improved the existing evaluation index system and measurement method of innovation risk tolerance,and put forward a set of evaluation index system and evaluation method for the innovation risk tolerance capability of cluster supply chain enterprises,and targeted introduction.The Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd.studied in this article is concerned with improving specific measures for its innovative risk tolerance.It is of certain reference value to improve the scientific appraisal of innovation risk tolerance and ensure the implementation of innovative cooperation projects.The main research content of this article is as follows:First,according to the characteristics of the enterprises in the cluster supply chain,the company classifies the influencing factors of enterprise-to-business innovation risk tolerance,and analyzes the innovation risk tolerance from four aspects:external environment,corporate governance,financial status,risk experience,and response measures.Influencing factors of ability.And established an evaluation index system for cluster risk tolerance of cluster supply companies covering 21 evaluation indicators.Second,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on combination weighting is constructed,in which the subjective weights are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.The objective weights are determined by the entropy method,and the weights of each index are obtained by the linear weighting method.Based on this,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the risk tolerance of the enterprises in the cluster supply chain during the cooperation of innovative projects.Thirdly,in the empirical analysis part,the paper evaluates the risk appetite of the risk arising from the cooperation of innovative projects for the enterprises in the rail transportation equipment manufacturing cluster supply chain in Dalian,Liaoning Province.Based on the in-depth analysis of the measurement results,the specific measures to improve the enterprise's ability to absorb the risk of innovation are proposed.
