Multinational companies are playing more and more important role in promoting regional economic construction. This content is based on both strategic management of multinational companies and subsidiary of the relevant theory of multinational company, in allusion to Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company, and analyzes the current development situation,the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company, and use S-SWOT analysis method to study the strategic choice of Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company. It contain two purpose through this study, one is to know more information about Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company, through this analysis about how to make the strategic choice of Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company, and actively explore more information about operating way of Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company; The other is to provide certain reference for our country multinational business.This content shows that the strategic position of Chongqing in the west of China get promoted again along with the establishment of the new district,the positioning of five center cities, To realize the central expectation about making a stronger Chongqing,making the " growth engine" and making a new breakthrough of social development on west economy, in the economic globalization background, the Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company is playing more and more important role in the position and function increasingly prominent of Chongqing economic construction and social development. Therefore, the analysis and understanding of Chongqing subsidiary become very important. To analyse the market environment and its own internal resources in Chongqing, can provide relevant subsidiary theory basis for strategic choice of Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company.At last this content choose the carrefour (Chongqing) company, it research strategic choice problem of carrefour (Chongqing) to verify the research results about strategic choice problem of Chongqing subsidiary of multinational company. Through the carrefour (Chongqing) company's strategic choice, it proves that this content research conclusion is similar and coincident to its practical strategy, and then confirm the feasibility and practicality of this content research results.
