Now the world is based on the knowledge as the core, in this era, the renewal of the knowledge of speed, has become a social development, economic rapid growth and the importance of enterprise competitive advantage resources. The enterprises have gradually changed the original mode of management, pay more and more attention to the development of knowledge, and gradually formed knowledge as the core competitive power. And in these, transfer, integration and innovation knowledge is the key of the business enterprise growth, therefore, the study of enterprise knowledge transfer is very necessary.Multinational company is the subject of the economy in the world today, it’s in the diversity of the network in the global business, which is means that internal network is composed of internal number and the external network is formed between the company and the host country. In this network, each node frequently exchange of capital, products and knowledge in such a complex economic environment, especially in the sharing and transfer of knowledge. In recent years, the multinational company knowledge transfer has become a popular research topic of scholars. The paper will be overseas subsidiaries of multinational companies as the perspective, and based on the theory of learning organization, enterprise network theory and enterprise knowledge theory. Then model is built,not only to consider the impact of knowledge characteristics on the performance of knowledge transfer, but also consider the factors affecting the enterprise’s internal and external network of knowledge transfer.Separation of parent and subsidiary in the multinational internal network in different countries, which makes them facing in the business culture, way of doing things is very different, so there will be many factors that hinder the transfer of knowledge in the corporate internal network. According to the related literature, this paper, from the trust relationship, subsidiary strategic position and knowledge gap, to measure the knowledge transfer process is how to affect the transfer of performance. Through the relevant literature, the factors that affect the performance of knowledge transfer in the external network embedded in the relationship, position embedded and cultural differences of these three aspects. In addition, this paper also considered knowledge characteristics reasons, and divided knowledge into tacit knowledge and complexity knowledge of two aspects, and set out to study its impact on knowledge transfer.
