Study On The Actuality And Developing Strategies Of Hubei Province's Agricultural Products Processing Zone

At present,China's agriculture has entered a new development period . Agricultural park construction is a sign and focus of this period.Agricultural products processing garden is a new agricultural economic development mode in the agro-industry.Theory and practice has fully proved that the construction of agro-processing park is the main way to change the status of agro-industry,an important carrier of a smooth transition for our traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and a powerful measure to increase agricultural efficiency and farmers income.HuBei is a major agricultural province,whose agro-industry is more developed.In recent years,under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and local government, HuBei province creates a work of planning and construction of the agro-processing park.Many parks are in full swing to build and test run.However,because of not long creation time and lack of experience,the construction of the agro-processing park is basically in a state of disorder,which is a serious influence to its ability to function fully.This paper uses literature,field surveys,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The contents include these:researching and studying the overview of agro-processing park's construction and development in HuBei province;the initial definition of the content and features and functions of agro-processing park;analysis of the mechanism for theory supporting to practice based on agro-processing park basic theory;using fuzzy AHP statistical analysis to analyse the main factors of agro-processing park;summarizing the achievements of agro-processing park in HuBei province; analysis of the nine major problems in the construction and development of parks;presenting specific measures to advance the development of HuBei province's parks under the guidance of theory,combined with the main influencing factors and the actuality of HuBei province.The study show that the most important factor impacting agro-processing park is the physical infrastructure.The construction of agro-processing park in Hubei Province have achieved great results,but there are also many problems.The countermeasures against these issues have practical guiding significances in the construction and development of agro-processing park in HuBei Province.
