In recent years, the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hubei gradually developed rapidly. However, the supporting human resource management still follows the traditional personnel administration, while the international companies have entered a phase of strategic human resource management, and competition for talents get fiercer and fiercer. The backward mode of human resource management in agricultural leading enterprises makes it difficult to compete with the international enterprises. Meanwhile, the research on strategic human resource management in domestic is relatively backward compared to the foreign, and on the leading enterprises'human resource management is much less. Therefore, this research on strategic human resource management of Hubei industrialization of agricultural leading enterprises has great significance both in theory and in practice.In this paper, we adopt the literature research and survey method. First, we summarize the development process of strategic human resource management and its relevant basic theory, and then we use the questionnaires, interviews and visits to investigate the status of human resource management in Hubei industrialization of agricultural leading enterprises, and find the existed problems and its causes. We conclude that the human resource management in Hubei industrialization of agricultural leading enterprises does not have strategic. Therefore, the author put forward advices from the strategic human resource management.
