The Research On Industrialized Agriculture Development Strategic Of Leading Enterprises In Hubei Province

The industrialization of agriculture to make further development,first of all should develop leading enterprises whose operating conditions determine the agricultural industrialization level.Recently,in cooperation with the national and local institution, China formed leading enterprises groups step by step.The benefit of the move is that it effectively enhances the overall level of agriculture and increases the income of the farmers.Opposite to the traditional mode of agriculture,we should vigorously develop the modern agriculture to promote the transformation of new agricultural mode.As the role model of others,leading enterprises should first undertake industrialized management in order to develop the rural economy and increase farmers’ earning.In many provinces, exemplary role leading enterprises in Hubei province is particularly prominent,the organization continues to expand the scale,the organizations of agricultural industrialization management in Hubei Province are constantly growing and the strengths of the leading enterprises are also persistently rising.There are obvious improvement on leading enterprises’ driving ability,breakthrough on brand building and continuous expansion of financing platform.The leading enterprises enters an important period of rapid expansion. At the same time, we need gather more resources industrialization and efforts to solve the development bottleneck question of the leading enterprises.This research mainly uses the literature research method,the comparative analysis method and the empirical analysis method to analyze the development of agriculture industrialization management leading enterprises in Hubei Province.Then it analyzes the main problems in operation and finds out the factors that may restrict the development.By comparing the experience of overseas agricultural industrialization management leading enterprises,the research is able to summarize some related enlightenment,also related to the other state enterprises in the same industry comparison,learn from their development experience,draw relevant revelation.In the conclusion,specific countermeasures for accelerating the development of agriculture industrialization management in Hubei are given which may bring some insight for the development of the leading enterprises.
