At present, communication technology has been accelerating toward direction of broadband, mobile, integration, ubiquitous and intelligent, which provides a strong impetus for the development of communications industry, also changing the development mode and pattern of communications industry and even the whole information industry, bringing enormous challenges to the development of communication industry; At the same time, the system reform of communications industry has deepened further, which promotes the market structure adjust to equalization; Alliance cooperation between telecom operators and Internet companies, terminal manufacturers, content developers and equipment manufacturers has deepened further, the competition in the market of communications industry has become more intense.As the most valuable resources of enterprises, human resource is the fundamental guarantee to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise; In order to maintain sustainable development in the increasingly intense market competition, it's a pressing matter for traditional communication enterprises to cultivate a group of staff team proficient in business with strong mind, adaptability and competitiveness. As a key content of the human resources construction, staff training has been regarded as strategy of enterprise's sustainable development, the basic work for improving efficiency from management, and the ties of common growth between enterprises and employees.This essay will be divided into three parts which are theory research, survey analysis and strategy suggestions respectively. Firstly, based on the literature review, this essay defines the concept and basic principles of enterprise training; also introduces the theory of lifelong education and the learning type organization theory related to the staff training. Then, taking A Communication Service Company as a case, combined with its training management status, this easy analyses the existing problems in the staff training management of communication industry. At last, taking the enterprise training basic theory as instruction, combined with the actual situation of the communication industry of Chongqing, this essay puts forward reform countermeasures to the existing problem.
