In recent years, Vietnam has actively joined the international, regional economic and trade organizations, which in 2006 joined the World Trade Organization. After joining the WTO, Vietnam has to face the the recent trend of informatization and globalization of economic, national economic development has been brought more opportunities, With huge development potential, Vietnam has drawn due attention of foreign investors, but domestic business has to deal with more unpredictable shock and challenges. First, in the trend of informatization and globalization of economic, the domestic corporation has no longer been an independent and closed organization individual, but become a dynamic and open element of global economy, where the human resource also become one of the most important and wanting social sharing resource. The influence of globalization of economic makes Vietnam labor market more and more competitive. For the health and sustainable development, business enterprises have to highly pay attention on human resource training and continuously increase the investment for training to prepare for the complex and diverse competition of business market and solve the current and future challenges, to succeed in business.Based on the human resource studies, the paper takes Vcompany as a research object, mainly do research on the questions which exist in the human resource training of Vcompany, in order to strengthen the company’s management and production efficiency. Through the analysis of Vcompany’s human resources and human resource training actual situation, the paper conducts a questionnaire survey about training needs analysis, training content and method, trainer, training evaluation methods and employees’ satisfaction levels on training, along with interview survey, to find out Vcompany’ s human resource remains a lot of questions such as uncomprehensive training needs analysis, simple Training content and method, unenthusiastic trainers, unprofessional training evaluation methods. Next step, the paper proposes some solutions on three subject, including training process, training strategy and designing an effective organization structure, to redesign Vcompany human resource overall training system. At last, providing useful reference for human resource training successful and effective implementation, hope that can give some solutions for other domestic cement companies to contribute personnel training system improvements.
