also aware of the importance of corporate talents,and regard talent cultivation as an important means to achieve corporate strategic goals.As an important way to achieve talent training,enterprise training will have an important impact on the training management level.How to improve the management level of enterprise employees is a question worth pondering.S Group is a company that produces and sells snack foods such as jelly,seaweed,pudding,milk tea and chocolate biscuits.The group is headquartered in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province.In addition,it has four modern production industrial parks,which are located in Yangjiang,Guangdong,Nanjing,Jiangsu,Baoding,Hebei,and Suining,Sichuan.These four industrial parks have passed ISO9001.,GMP,HACCP and other quality system certification.S Group has achieved modernization in response to the trend of food production regulation and has led the trend of food production regulations.This paper takes S Group employee training management system as the research object,uses literature research method and investigation method to investigate and study the current employee training management system of S Group,analyzes the shortcomings of S Group’s current employee training management system,and explores the fundamentals of these shortcomings.The reason is to propose countermeasures to improve the S Group employee training management system.The specific contents of the thesis are as follows: Firstly,the relevant theoretical basis of the research is introduced.Secondly,the industry background and internal organization management mode of S Group are introduced,and the overall development strategy and human resource development strategy of S Group are expounded.On this basis,comprehensively collect various information of S Group,grasp the actual situation of S-group’s current employee training management,and then analyze the achievements and shortcomings of S Group in employee training management.Thirdly,taking the defects of the S Group employee training management system as the research entry point,focusing on the root causes of these problems,and preparing for the next step to explore improvement measures.Finally,combined with the problems existing in the S Group employee training management system and the causes of the problems,using thetheory and practice to explore the countermeasures to optimize the S Group employee training management system,the key point is that the S group staff training should be based on the human resource management strategy.Orientation,the specific process of employee training management should be carried out around the strategic goals of the company,ensuring that the training needs survey is in line with the actual situation of the employees,the training plan is in line with the development goals of the enterprise,the training methods can be flexible and efficient,and the training evaluation and application transformation can be implemented.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the training,the optimization measures of the S Group’s staff training system were put forward,and the training was achieved to achieve practical results.The characteristics of this paper are as follows: from the perspective of service enterprise strategy,it deeply analyses the problem of staff training management,fully combines the research results of staff training management at home and abroad,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures of S Group’s strategy-oriented staff training management;in the research of S Group’s staff training management,it points out that it is necessary to conduct a scientific survey of staff training needs and find out the gap of training needs.In order to ensure the pertinence of training management,combining with the reality of S Group’s human resource management strategy,this paper puts forward a specific talent training plan,that is,according to the characteristics of the talents needed by the Group,training them according to the classification of technical,operational and managerial talents;in order to ensure the real implementation of S Group’s staff training management,the training incentive mechanism oriented by training results is designed to promote training.The transformation and application of training effect can realize the strategic objectives of enterprises.Through the research in this paper,we hope to provide specific reference for the training and management of S Group employees,and provide some theoretical suggestions for S Group to carry out employee training activities in the future.At the same time,it also provides some useful lessons for the optimization of employee training management system of similar enterprises in China,and further enhances the level of employee training management. |
