It based on official data and did logical and sequential operations, including linear regression, examination of degree of fitting, and examination of variable significance. It specially focuses on comparison, seeking explanations from different phenomena of different countries or regions. In the conclusion part, this paper explains exchange rate policy, the impact of internal inflation on external balance, and the time-lag effect between adjustment of exchange rate and change of international balance.
