As more and more overseas talents chosen to return,the groups of returned overseas students has become increasingly and can not be ignored as a special social group. When the returnees is increasingly becoming a trend, the returnees employment as a matter of concern for hot spots. Kai Tak Education's Institute of International Education united Returnees recent nationwide network made a "major force returnees Employment Survey.' The result is 20 percent of returnees choose self-employment, with 13.56% of the returnees chose to enter government agencies and social organizations, with more than 40 percent returnees in foreign invested enterprises, joint ventures, private and other enterprises. Throughout recent years, the status of returnees home business, self-employment's situation more or less were facing the inability to adapt, not high probability of success. Therefore this paper choose employees join in enterprise core competitive ability influence as the breakthrough point, this is helpful for returned overseas students to focus efforts on their status.Based on consulting a large number of documents,combined with Suzhou employees Park, and the human capital theory, the core competitiveness theory as guidance, analyzed the background and overseas talents backflow factor, thus causing backflow effect. Objective analysis the returnees employees by itself has advantages and disadvantages, and points out in the process of affiliation with the role, obstacles encountered, and the impact on the enterprise's core competitiveness. Also introduced practice and experience of other countries and regions, Finally, how can the returnees use their resources, overcome obstacles and achieved career success, it provides a good return business environment of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, as well as the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve their suggestions.The results of this study, return to work on the development of talent returnees made useful model for the subsequent development of students provided a valuable experience. But also because of the lack of enterprise core competitiveness of affected personnel to offer their ideas of great practical significance.
