| Labor relations is a main theme in the economic research, because it not only concerns about enhancing economic level and productive efficiency, but will also influence social stabilization,the protection of labor's rights as well as the improvement of the whole social welfare. Meanwhile, in this Post-financial-crisis era, every country tries their best effort to make their own economy work out from the financial crisis' shadow in order to have leaps and bounds in their economic developments. Furthermore, with the ceaseless acceleration of building a harmonious socialist society, to build harmonious labor relations is on the government's agenda. In this situation, whether we can catch the current situation and characteristic of labor relation in an in-depth and exact way will have a momentous influence not only on the settlement of labor relations' confliction but also on the building of harmonious labor relations even on the economic development and the social stabilization.In this background, in the process of the economic development of China in recent years, the labor relations' confliction becomes pervasive not only in Guangzhou but also in other cities of China. Meanwhile, the numbers of factors which affect the harmony of labor relations become much larger. Therefore, it's much more necessary to pay harder effort to the research on labor relations and make suggestions as well as policies to the settlement of labor relations' confliction. Basing on these facts, this paper firstly reviews the research achievements abroad and home;then in view of same relatively classic theories, it carefully analyses the characteristic of labor-intensive enterprises' labor relation in this Post-financial-crisis era; last but not least, after analyzing the theories and drawing lessons from the settlement of labor relations' confliction of western main capitalist countries, some policies and advisements are given on how to adjust labor relations' confliction and build harmonious labor relations for Guangzhou.After making an intensive study of this subject, this paper gets following main conclusions: firstly, when it comes to the inducements of labor relations' confliction, wages is the main factor which induce the labor relations' confliction because of the low wages in labor-intensive enterprises; secondly, when it comes to the way used to solve and deal with the settlement of labor relations' confliction, the establishment of labor union and the consummation of collective wage negotiation of enterprises will perform an imperative role in establishment of harmonious labor relations.Thirdly, in this Post-financial-crisis era put more effort on the establishment of the long-term mechanism of the employment training will be necessary and pressing not only to reduce the unemployment comes from financial crisis but also to settle social contradiction and labor relations'confliction. Last but not least, strengthening the social responsibility of government and enterprises will also take effect on establishing harmonious labor relations in this Post-financial-crisis era. |
