The Quality Management Research Of Mobile Telecommunication Engineering Project For Bd Project Of H Company

In recent years,due to quick popularization of mobile communication, the quantity of mobile communication engineering project increase rapidlly. However,the project quality management still halt in lower level. After year2008, acompany with release of the3td license of mobile communication in China, the combat of mobile carrier get hoter and hoter. Therefore, to construct the excellent network has becomethe new target of mobile carrier,and the project quality management gets more and more important.The article generates in the background. Based on successful practivity of project quality management in one typical mobile communication engineering project—BD project, the author summarise the method of project quality management in this type of project. The method mabe can provide experience for more that3000similar local mobile communication networks.The artiale summarized the project qulaity management from four phase of qulaity planning, quality assurance, quality control, quality assessment. In the whole quality manageent process,the author fullfilled eight rules of quality management, especially focus on customer centric, leadership, all employee in participation,process management,continuous improvement.And the manaement practivity proved successful. In the practivity, the author used some quality management tools such as fish bone drawings, which gets obvious effect.Throughout resrarch for the theme, the author also summarise the whole project quality management rule,normal work template,and some automobile tools, which can increase workforce and avoid error. So, The research of the theme is useful for similar projects not only in methods but also in operation.
