| In the context of rapid expansion of China auto industry, how to promote the domestic auto brands to multinational automotive company with great influence in international markets is top priority for China auto industry. In this regard, BYD Auto Company made a better exploration, and had a good momentum of development. This thesis focus on the marketing strategy of BYD Company. First, the theories of marketing strategy and related studies were reviewed, then the marketing strategies and problems of BYD were analyzed. By referred to several theories and study cases, some suggestions have been given on improvement of the BYD Auto's market positioning and other marketing strategies. Finally, I look into the future of the development of BYD Auto Company, if BYD Auto has a better plan on the marketing strategies and other development strategies, it could become a company which occupy more domestic and foreign market share. |
