Automotive supplies market with China to become the world’s largest automobile production and consumption power and be just unfolding. But due to the short history, the market order is not perfect, brand is just at the beginning stage. Since China’s accession to the WTO, international brand grabs beach China in succession, the local brand building and promotion, has become the enterprise based on the local, to develop a global strategic. It is based on a corporate branding needs, pearl logistics on the original Oriental City auto parts were reconstructed.Commercial real estate sales situation is this project performance the most important indicators, and to achieve good sales performance must firmly grasp the customer. Therefore, we must on potential customers to study, in the customer base analysis, according to the customer’s different sources, into foreign user and local user; according to the customer on the property requirements of different investment, into their own customers and users, and according to the above classification segmentation. The subdivision of the basis for the different needs of customers, put forward many solutions, and in accordance with customer group buying potential size, into the marketing resources.This article through the SWOT analysis method, analyzes the advantages of the project, inferior position, opportunity and menace, based on comprehensive consideration of logistics, pearl of Oriental City auto parts integrated transformation project of the internal security measures, put forward to include price strategy, distribution strategy, marketing strategy, marketing strategy, to ensure the project sales success.
