Heilongjiang Construction Northeast Asia Economic And Trade Development Zone

Constructing the Northeast Asia economic and commercial development zone is an important strategy to promote Heilongjiang's opening level and accelerate the economic growth. It also has great significance for China to establish the leading role in the cooperation with other Northeast Asian countries. It is from this paper to probe the strategic conception to construct the Northeast Asia economic and commercial development zone, analyzing the elements and the condition of constructing the Northeast Asia economic and commercial development zone, and learning the successful experience of opening. Besides emphasizing the self-consummation and self-development of the"Border opening axis"and the"Sui-Man economic principal axis", by linkage between regional industries it will realize the related, harmonious and interative"dual-axis drive"layout, and put a new complexion on the border and hiterland's economies that mutually support, promote and develop. It will support"Ha-Da-Qi"to promote industies'opening level, and change the border's foreign cooperation mode. And it will be advantageous for China to grope for a new opening mode.
