| Anhui MBA Sodality is a nonprofit organization which was founded recently, it is supported by government, university, MBA school fellows within Anhui province and all over China, and Anhui enterprises. Every group also give their best wishes to the MBA Sodality to unify the human resources, accelerate MBA members growing up and promote Anhui local economy. But because it is just founded, operation experience is not sufficient, can't get references by successful cases, the development and management are facing various problems. However, efficient business management can help Anhui MBA Sodality to overcome the difficulties, compensate the disadvantages, it will be a key to development. Further discussions and researches are concerned in various aspects.But, nonprofit organization's business management theory system is not founded and accepted comprehensively, and MBA organization's management is also lack of business cases to refer. To operate Anhui MBA Sodality successfully, we can set the base on enterprise strategy management theory, refer to the business experiences and theories of profitable organization, develop gropingly. The paper is based on the particularity of Anhui MBA Sodality, use the enterprises business management theory, explore the business management theory which is suitable to Anhui MBA Sodality. Though the analysis by its macro& micro environment, aim on the existing problems, firstly, the paper fix the strategic target, secondly, design the Anhui MBA Sodality business management thinking, business strategic targets and business policies.
