Research On Operational Modes Of 4PL And Its Developing Tactics Based On SD-modeling

The development of 4PL is one important part of our logistics industry. It is very important for 4PL to integrate logistics resources, reduce logistics costs and promote the development of logistics industry. The thesis points out the three possible modes of operation of the 4PL:Collaborative Operational Mode, Integrated Program Mode and Industry Innovator Mode. First, according to these three modes involved in the process and the factors, we have analyze them to establish correlation model on the SD theory. And with detailed analysis of the relationship between factors, we generate the relevant dynamical system flow diagram.Then, the thesis points out the characteristics and the restrict factors of the 4PL, and analyzes the main factors which influence the augment of the 4PL in management statistic way and how to interact with each other. The thesis then creates function of linear regression. According to the conclution of the function, the thesis produces the typical and significant archetypes in relation to the augment of the 4PL by the way of archetype method of Peter Senge M. In the meantime, the article proposes the tactics on the basis of the analysis.
