Plentiful entrepreneurial activities not only promote the economic development of a country or region, but also promote the progress of society and the times.Entrepreneur has been the focus of the scholars all the time. More and more studies show that whether entrepreneurial activities can be successful is related to entrepreneurial network, so more and more scholars are concerning about itBased on the theory of human capital, the theory of social network and the theory of entrepreneurship,according to the generalization of previous studies, this paper intensively researched features of entrepreneur's human capital and entrepreneurial network. This study researched the effects of entrepreneur's human capital and entrepreneurial network on entrepreneurial start-up performance, and built a model of it. Based on the model, we got the hypothesis about the relationship between them. In the empirical part of this paper, we investigated several enterprises in Zhejiang Province and collected 130 samples. Then we use SPSS16.0 to further testify proposed conceptual model, the detail of statistic methods like Correlation analysis and Regression analysis.The main conclusions drawn are as follows: entrepreneur's management experience and industry-related work experience can promote the development of the enterprise and improve new venture performance. From quantitative studies, we found that entrepreneur's educational background can not improve new venture performance. Entrepreneur's educational background can not improve new venture performance, it shows that whether the entrepreneur can achieve superior performance didn't depend on whether the entrepreneur had prior entrepreneurial experience. From the view of entrepreneurial network, network size and network intensity both can improve new venture performance.
