Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneur-ship Resource Integration And New Venture Performance Based On Entrepreneurial Network

New ventures can success or not, to a large extent depend on the integration of resources. At present, scholars generally agree that resources integration can improve new venture performance positively(MiaoMiao Yin, Yan Li Ma, 2014). However, the scholars study on the relationship between resources integration and new venture performance still need further study to elaborate different resources integration will bring different effect.In the process of resource integration, the entrepreneur shouldn’t imitate the successful behavior, because the similar behavior will produce different results.That what we should learn is the decision logic behind the successful combination of integration behavior. So more and more scholars pay attention to Entrepreneurs and foucus on their personality traits, ability level, leadership style, action efficiency and a series of problems(Brockmole, 2002; 2007). This paper is based on the different decision logic to make the innovation of resource integration.As a new venture, all entrepreneurial activities are inseparable from the interpersonal relationship although exist different forms(Brush et al., 2001; Sirmon et al., 2007). The entrepreneurial network brings platform for new ventures to exchange information and resources(Wu Ying, 2013). Companies develop the required internal and external resources through the network and enhance the ability of discovering entrepreneurial opportunities or taking the risk.All activities provide the appropriate support elements(Dong Jielin, 2014). However the same means, in different business network situation will play different roles. How to enhance the performance of enterprises in different business networks has also become a concern of scholars.Therefore, this paper proposes two types of entrepreneurial resources integration(effectuation resources integration and causation resources integration) and study different influences on new ventures based on the resource management theory, effect inference theory, social network theory and theory of planned behavior theory.And then analyze the entrepreneurial network’s mechanism, in order to state different regulation mechanism different resources integration influences. Finally, we collected 290 questionnaires data through various entrepreneurship competition, entrepreneur training camp and major business park in Hangzhou, Haining and so on. Besides, this paper use SPSS17.0 to analyze 290 copies and test the proposed hypothesis. Empirical study found that: in different situations and effectuation resources integration and causation resource integration have positive effect on the performance of new ventures; entrepreneurial network scale plays positive regulatory role on the relationship between effectuation resource integration and new venture performance plays negative role between causation resource integration and new venture performance.The research through decision logic makes a beneficial exploration to open the black box of the resources integration.On the other hand, the introduction of entrepreneurial network as a moderating variable enrich the moderating effect of the relationship between entrepreneurship resource integration and new venture performance. In addition, the results also have certain guiding value for business practitioners. New ventures will realize the importance of resource integration, and guide enterprises taking different logic to integrate entrepreneurial resources according the different network they faced.
