Study On The Agriculture Cycling Economy Development In China

The origin of the circular economy concept has been a long time, but studies almost on industrial, research on the agricultural is relatively few. As an agricultural technology, It has a very important role in the process of promoting agriculture. In fact, many countries have many agriculture economic practices, such as:, organic agriculture, green agriculture and so on. Agricultural recycling economy is a systems engineering, involves not only production, but also consumption, even among other industries involved with the industry chain construction issues. With respect of the agricultural circular economy research system, we attempt to conduct a more comprehensive exploration. The paper also has some practical significance to the agricultural cycle economic theory, learning from the agricultural cycle economic development experience, combined with problems analysis of the situation in agricultural development, for solving the bottleneck of China's agricultural development issues, promoting the sustainable agricultural development, we proposed that develop agricultural recycling economy in China is an inevitable selection.Agricultural circular economy is to achieve sustainable agricultural development in China's direction, but the development of agricultural recycling economy still faces some problems. To this end, the need for new concepts and ideas to crack problems in rural development, sustainable development strategy bold exploration under the guidance of agricultural development. We have practice base of eco-agriculture development, also the eco-agriculture construction experiences. But there are many problems, such as: inadequate laws and regulations; lack of agro-environmental monitoring and management efforts; agricultural science and technology behind the comprehensive utilization of resources; modern agricultural development efforts and inadequate circulation.With the research on cycle of domestic and international economic, as well as different modes of revelation of agricultural development, and considering the actual situation of agricultural development in our country, to better achieve sustainable development of agriculture, we made a little advice and strategy as follow:(1) Reinforcing the awareness; (2) Building financial support system; (3) Strengthening technological innovation; (4)Constructing laws and regulations that learn from developed country; (5)Developing carrier of agricultural circular economy. (6) Exploring variety mode; (7) Developing new farmers and improving their quality.
