After being listed, Agricultural Bank of China enter the new stage of reform and development. Because of the change of the internal and external situation, management level is put forward a broader, more difficult, standard higher requirements. Outlet is the basic unit of the bank, the customer service window of the bank, and the competition's front of the bank. Bank outlets operations management will directly be related to commercial bank service efficiency, operations risk prevention, cost structure optimization, and influence the personal banking business value creativity and core competitive power. However, the Agriculture Bank of China outlets operations management have lots of problems currently, such as lack of operations management strategy, unreasonable location, and inefficiency process flow, single function, etc. In this condition, studying the outlets operations management of A branch located in the west of the China as an example will reflect strong realistic significance, in respect of accelerating service transformation and improving service ability of the Agriculture Bank of China outlets.On the basis of applying the operations management theories and experience of both domestic and foreign commercial banks as well as combining the outlets operations management problem and the actual condition of A branch, this thesis concentrates on the subject of "The Research Of Agricultural Bank Of China A branch Outlets Operations Management", researches the operations management strategy, location design and process reengineering of A branch outlets.This thesis is composed of seven chapters. In the first chapter, this paper mainly introduces the research background, purpose, significance, and the thinking and general structure; The second chapter gives an overview about the operations management basic theory, fully discusses the main characteristics of the bank service operations activities and the complete model of open bank service operations system, sums up the basic concepts and content classification of the bank operations management, and creatively advances the general research framework of the bank outlets operations management; The third chapter and the fourth chapter, according to the hierarchical relationship of enterprise strategies and the general method of making operations strategy, this paper probes into the construction method of the bank outlet service operations strategy. And on the basis of internal and external environment analysis, SWOT analysis, competitive dimensions analysis, around the personal banking strategy of Agricultural Bank of China, the paper builds outlets service operations strategy system of A branch, that is strategic task, strategic goals and strategic content; Chapter 5 analyzes the main factors that influence the site selection of the bank outlets, and making use of the location method of Agricultural Bank of China outlets pilot project team as a guide, following outlets service operations strategy of A branch, puts forward the location design of all 17 outlets of ABC in A city; The sixth chapter systematically analyzes the main problems of current work patterns and process of the outlets, from aspects of standardizing lobby pretreatment, defining the scope of business for high and low counter and so on, brings forward a concrete improvement project; Chapter 7 makes a thorough review of the main achievements made and summarizes the deficiencies in order to promote this study.
