In this paper, the author analyzes deep the problem of Z bank Queuing problem, and Presents a more comprehensive range of feasible improvements. Firstly, uses industrial engineering methods to analyze the operational status of Z banking; Then the reasons of Z bank queues; Furthermore by the use of survey methods, the author analyze the statistical indicators,and draw the queuing system optimization of the overall solution and measures.This paper proposes a series of fairly comprehensive and feasible improving measures in relieving the current queing situation at the Z bank outlets. Particularly, this paper made a useful attempt in applying the queuing theory into configuration of windows at bank outlets and determination. It furthers the application category of the tube Division scientific theory. |
