Multi-criteria decision making is the problem which chooses the best alternatives or makes their ranking with considering several criteria. Because of the interactive behaviors between collaborative alternatives (people, organization, intelligent agent) which produce a lot of and rich collaborative information in the real practice multi-criteria decision making, the decision making processing not only needs to consider individual performance information that the main alternatives produce, but also needs to consider collaborative performance information between the alternatives. Such as new product R&D alliance member selection decision, project team member selection decision and virtual enterprise partner selection decision so on. At present, the research on multi-criteria decision making problems which consider the individual information and the collaborative information have caused some scholars'attention, but existing decision making methods still have some disadvantages in the collaborative information processing and the ranking of the alternatives when considering individual and collaborative information. So the further researches are needed. Therefore, with regard to decision making problems based on individual and collaborative information, the further research on decision analysis approach are necessary.On the basis of a comprehensive review of the research status and development of the decision making theories and methods based on individual and collaborative information, this thesis made thorough research on multi-criteria decision making problems based on based on individual and collaborative information. The purpose and significance of the research are as follows:in the theory and method research aspect, proposes a method which considers collaborative equilibrium for multi-criteria decision making based on individual and collaborative information, intends to enrich and improve the research on decision making methods based on individual and collaborative information.; in the practical research aspect, chose the new product R&D alliance member selection decision as the examples to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed methods.This thesis mainly finishes the following works:Firstly, the concepts of collaborative equilibrium degree and hybrid collaborative equilibrium degree are defined. In the collaborative information processing, the existing decision making methods based on the individual and collaborative information just consider central collaborative dominance of one alternative itself, does not take into consideration of collaborative equilibrium performance with other alternatives. If there has collaborative equilibrium between alternatives, the efficiency of the teamwork will be improved. Therefore, in order to make up for the limitations of previous methods in the information processing aspect and improve the decision analysis methods, this thesis proposed the concepts of collaborative equilibrium degree. The concepts proposed by this thesis laid the foundation for the research on multi-criteria decision making methods based on individual and collaborative information.Secondly, with regard to multiple-criteria decision making problems with multiple formats information, a method based on individual and collaborative information is proposed from the angle of considering collaborative equilibrium. Concretely, the description of the multi-criteria decision making problem with multiple formats information is given. Then, the standardization of the individual criteria values with multiple formats information and the processing method of individual information are given. Furthermore, the standardization of the collaborative criteria values with multiple formats information and the processing of collaborative information are given. In the processing of collaborative information, the concept of collaborative equilibrium degree is defined. And on the basis of collaborative equilibrium degree, the processing method of collaborative information based on collaborative equilibrium degree is proposed. Finally, the integrated evaluation and the ranking methods of alternatives are given.Thirdly, examples analysis. The case of new product R&D alliance member selection decision indicated and verified the feasibility, effectiveness and scientific of the proposed methods.On the base of considering collaborative equilibrium, this thesis analyzed multi-criteria decision making problems based on individual and collaborative information, not only enrich the research results multi-criteria decision making methods based on individual and collaborative information, but also provided the thought and guidance for the decision-making problems in the real practices.
