With the change of social environment and consumer awareness, corporate social responsibility has become a prerequisite for long-term development company. In recent years, corporate social responsibility become increasingly widespread attention at home and abroad, regulators, investors and other stakeholders, the growing information needs of social responsibility. China's listed companies to fulfill their social responsibility to increase investment, it is also conscious of corporate social responsibility to improve the level of disclosure of information. As social responsibility information disclosure of the extent of voluntary disclosure, the lack of relevant laws and regulations the obligation, to our corporate social responsibility disclosure in the degree of present quite different. Some good companies financial performance of voluntary disclosure of information by highlighting their competitive advantage. Then the listed companies to improve the degree of social responsibility information disclosure on the degree of social responsibility information disclosure will have much impact, this article attempts to answer these two questions, and depth the degree of corporate social responsibility information disclosure and the relationship between business performance, social responsibility information disclosure to improve the quality and value growth for the company to provide references.The article first scholars to social responsibility information disclosure and the relationship between business performance research review leads to theory of social responsibility, stakeholder theory, asymmetric information, an overview of theory and signal theory, and on the basis of this theory to out of this recognition the meaning of corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility on the analysis, and from the stakeholder perspective of social responsibility information disclosure evaluation index system. Stakeholder theory of corporate social responsibility for the empirical analysis of business performance information and the relationship between the theoretical platform built from a new perspective to analyze the relationship between the two. On this basis, the research presented this hypothesis, established a model to 2006-2008 annual listing of companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen A Unit for samples and by means of statistical analysis software SPSS, multivariate linear regression analysis of social responsibility information disclosure and the interaction between business performance and got the results of regression analysis. The results show that our listed companies, the performance impact of social responsibility information disclosure of the regression analysis model better fit, coefficient estimates of the basic line with expectations. Elected with the shareholders and creditors, employees, customers and suppliers, environmental protection and sustainable development, social welfare undertakings to measure the degree of social responsibility information disclosure, the better operating performance will significantly improve the level of social responsibility information disclosure. Social responsibility information disclosure affecting the performance of regression analysis showed that the current ratio, inventory turnover days model better fit, earnings per share, current ratio, inventory turnover days, net assets per share growth in financial indicators such as the coefficient estimates of the expected fundamental line. Description elected with earnings per share, current ratio, inventory turnover days, net assets per share growth rate to measure corporate performance, a better level of social responsibility information disclosure would significantly improve corporate performance, that is, good corporate social responsibility information disclosure will raise the company to profitability, liquidity, operational ability, the ability to grow that business performance.
